Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Home Copilot LLC (“Home Copilot,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website, homecopilot.llc.
Our apps are covered by their own policies. This website is a company information page. It is not a product, and it does not share data with our products. Each app publishes a separate privacy policy on its own website, and that policy governs the app. See the links at the end of this page.
The short version
This site is made of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers, loads no third-party fonts or scripts, and has no forms, accounts, or logins. We do not collect personal information from visitors, and there is nothing here for us to sell or share.
Information we collect
When you browse this site
None, beyond the technical records described under “Server and network logs” below. We do not know who you are, we do not build a profile, and we do not set an identifier of any kind in your browser.
When you contact us
If you send us an email or leave a voicemail, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, your email address or phone number, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use it for marketing.
Server and network logs
Like any website, this one is delivered by web servers that keep short-term operational logs. Those logs may contain your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser’s user-agent string, and the referring page. They exist to keep the site running and to defend against abuse. They are not used to identify or track individual visitors.
Service providers
We keep the list short on purpose:

Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS, TLS, and content
delivery for this domain, and routes email sent to our
@homecopilot.llcaddresses. Cloudflare processes request metadata, including IP addresses, in order to serve pages and block attacks, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to challenge a request it believes is automated. - Our hosting provider operates the server that stores these pages.
- Our email provider holds messages you send to us, in the same way any mailbox does.
We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, analytics platforms, or social media pixels on this site.
How long we keep things
Operational logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and troubleshooting, and are then discarded. Email correspondence is kept as long as we may reasonably need it to support you or to meet a legal or accounting obligation, and is deleted after that.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose information only to the service providers above, acting on our instructions; where we are required to by law, subpoena, or valid legal process; or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation — you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Write to legal@homecopilot.llc and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. In practice, if your only contact with us has been through this website, the answer is usually that we hold nothing about you except any email you have sent.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us using the details at the foot of this page and we will delete it.
International visitors
Home Copilot LLC is based in the United States, and this website is hosted and served from infrastructure operated in the United States and through Cloudflare’s global network. If you visit from outside the United States, your request is handled accordingly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be summarized here rather than made silently.
